Adding the App - How to Connect Your Zoom Account with iCoachChannel (iCC)

If you are an iCoach and have an iHuddle room, you can create a conference room using Zoom.

  1. Click the plus sign above the room.
  2. Click "Connect Zoom Account."
  3. You will be directed to the permission screen. If not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your Zoom account. After that, click "Allow."

Usage - Creating Zoom Conference Room

You can create a Zoom conference room inside iHuddle by following these steps:

  1. Click the plus sign above the room.
  2. Fill in the day, date, and conference title.
  3. Choose Zoom as the conference room.

Removing the App - How to Remove iCC AI Access from Zoom

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and visit the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click "Manage" >> "Added Apps" or search for the "iCC AI" application.
  3. Click the "iCC AI" application.
  4. Click "Remove."


Why can't I create a Zoom conference even though I've added the app?

You might not allow the app to use shared access permissions when authorising Zoom as shown below.

To allow this, you can go to iCoachChannel Zoom page: https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/ME3pMjHaQYKdqGaKLrK6qQ. Then go to Manage > Update Permissions, and then check Allow.
