1. Use of the App

The App is owned and operated by PT Indonesia Cahaya Cendekiawan. All content, software, and other materials available on the App are protected by intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
5. User Content
You may submit content to the App, including feedback, reviews, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant iCoachChannel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCoachChannel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the BANI, Badan Arbitrasi Nasional Indonesia.
